It was the night of July 20th, 1969 when commander, Neil Armstrong and lunar module pilot, Buzz Aldrin, landed the Apollo Lunar Module Eagle. 6 hours later, Neil Armstrong became the first person to set foot on the moon - what we now know to be “one small step for man, one small step for mankind”.

The Panel is an illuminated wall installation displaying an accurate map of the stars & constellations from New York’s perspective on that very night.
